If it's the one I was just looking at for $150 buy-it-now +$20 shipping, then it's a fabulous deal.
It has all the looks of a revamped T1809. It says it's a fit for 2007-2010 Scions, and all the other T18XX series from those years are all directly PnP for our vehicle... no reason to suspect this one isn't either.
If I had to make an uneducated guess, I'd say the specs will match up exactly to the T1809, and all the connectors on the back will be identical.
The only thing I note that's plainly different is the IPOD/USB/AUX button. My T1809 has an IPOD/AUX button, but does not say USB on it. Perhaps this unit has the ability to allow a plugin for a thumbdrive on the back or something and can navigate through menus.
I just emailed the seller and asked him to upload a picture of the back of the item, so we'll know shortly.
Here are the specs for the T1809... probably the same for the 1814:
160 Watts of sound power,
Built-in DSP sound equalization,
Scion Sound Processing (SSP),
MP3 compressed audio playback,
Up to 10 hours of playback 1 disc,
WMA format capable,
Satellite Radio ready,
XM/SIRIUS Satellite Radio tuner (optional),
Mini-jack port,
Steering wheel audio controls,
volume and multi-jog knob controls,
10 Color Change LCD Display,
iPod connector port
