It's always interesting to me to hear about snow storms in the US because I believe the general consensus for many of you American brothers is that we here in Canada have snow year round. Certainly not true and in fact we here on the East coast of Canada have not yet had a snow storm this fall and we even had 15 degree celcius (60 degree fahrenheit) this past weekend.
Snow is coming soon... actually calling for a 60% chance of flurries this Saturday, but so far so good.

I just flew back from Manchester, crossed Newfoundland and Montreal, definitely saw some snow in places. Just bought a new snowblower, so it won't snow here this Winter.

Don't worry about it RPC I had the all-weather Toyota mats on a Tundra and Weather Tech's on my T4R, and there is absolutely NO comparison. Just be glad you hopefully still have the money from the returned Toyota mats in your pocket and order the WeatherTechs right away. I repeat there is NO comparison.

I should have said, in New Brunswick (located on the East Coast).... not sure if NFLD or Montreal have had snow yet. I know that Western Canada has... I'm just enjoying teh warm weather while it continues to last... won't be long before the flakes are falling here.
With all season or offroad tires?

MN drivers are by far the worst in the US. It wasn't even slippery last weekend and "400 cars" were in the ditch. I counted 8 in 10 miles to the grocery store.

It's actually a designed-in mode of the traction control specifically for clearing the treads and blasting through soft stuff. The LC is an incredibly well designed beast. Seems like they could've incorporated that in the 4R, dunno why not.

Holy **** dude, drivers here are AWFUL. NO ONE pays attention at stoplights. EVERYONE stops in intersections and blocks the way for those on perpendicular roads. NO ONE here uses turn signals and can't merge onto freeways for their lives. People occasionally hit their brakes on the open road, just for the hell of it. This state actually posts "minimum" speed limits on the freeway because folks drive on them like they do their own driveways... I could go on and on.
For those of you who also live in MN, I apologize if this does not apply to you. But if you have lived, hell, even driven in another state or country, you've got to admit it's like a population of 16 year old girls out there on the road.
