taco 4cyl ?

I know this is a 4runner forum, but many of you have experience with tacos too and I don't want to join that forum yet

looking at a taco with a 4cyl, book lists 2.4 or 2.7 available in 96
is one better than the other , other than slightly larger

haven't gone to look at it yet, tonight, I emailed the owner and he did not know, he is selling it for his dad, and truck not at his house.

2.4(2RZ) came in the 2WD, and the 2.7(3RZ) came in the 4WD.
4cyl 4Runners were all 3RZ.
