Tacoma Rims on 4Runner

I have a fiend who owns a 2003 Tacoma 4x4 TRD that has the stock 16" alloy rims pictured below.

Since he wants to get new rims he is offering to sell me his rims at a good price. My current 16" are in fair condition and I would not mind upgrading since his are in perfect condition.

My questions are:

1) Any fitament issues forseen?
2) Anyone have any pictures of 3rd Gen 4Runners w/ these rims?
3) Anyone care to do a quick Photoshop?

I like the rims but for some reason I just cannot get a good idea of how they would look. I appreciate the help.
