Yes, I got them (blackouts) for my 03 4runner at autobarn.com... $39.99 plus S&H. My 4runner is black, so they look really integrated into the rear end...

You can obtain the part number off autoventshade's website at: http://www.autoventshade.com

I'll try to snap photos... with no lights... brake lights and running lights... The lights are obviously bright enough to shine through and pass muster with the local police... have had a few behind me, and haven't raised an eyebrow or gotten pulled over for having them on. Check your local laws tho... YMMV

There's a bit of a reflection due to the fact that the car was in the shade of the garage vs. bright sunlight, but you get the idea. The closeup shows the reflector shining through due to the autoflash on the camera. I would recommend removing the covers in severe weather such as fog to increase rear visibility or perform the mod to make the rear fog lenses usable.

What you can't see are the rear amber warning strobes mounted behind the tinted glass in the upper corners. Great for grabbing attention when you're pulled off helping someone, or to take care of those pesky tailgaters...

Decided to add photo to show brake lights on with the AVS covers installed, along w/ the rear bumper light mod I performed to add aux. brake/stop/turn lights:
