Tail Light Issue

Hello All,

I recently bought my 2003 T4R and so far it's a great truck but I was recently informed of this issue when a car pulled up to my side to tell me about it. So when I turn on my light, my passenger side tail light is not lit but when I press the brake, it lights up. No obviously it is not a bulb issue.

I took it to the dealer today to inquire about the issue and they said it would be $120 just to diagnose the it. Ummm....F that. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you for your help!

The 7443 bulb is dual filament, so yes, it's burnt out. Your brake light works, but your taillight does not.

Just paypal me $5. ;)

It actually might be your bulb. I think the bulbs are dual filaments and one can go out and the other will still work. Just swap bulbs from one tail light to the other and see if its the bulb.

DANG! Ya beat me to it! I switched to the 06 LED tails. Then you don't have to worry about it. HA!
