Tail pipe rust after 1.5 years

Does anyone know if there's a fix for tail pipe rust? Granted I've been living by the beach in Baja and the salt water is murder here on trucks.

Is this covered in the warranty, do I have to swap it out? What can I do to treat it and slow the rust? Thanks in advance.

Wire brush it all and then spray it down with several coats of a good quality high temp paint. And after you go anywhere near salt water spray off your undercarriage.
