I run a 93 sr5 V6, tailgates rusted out big suprise, I opened it from the inside to get at the gears, I can't seem to move the scissor arms up or down, i can't remove the motor with a screwdriver (Rusty Philips Screws). If I drill out the motor will it allow me to get the window down one last time to fix the broken taillight?, or is this just a waste of my time.
