Well I didn't buy it from an auction. I run a mobile upholstery shop and got it from a dealer who was tired of messing with it. Nobody knew what was wrong.

Taller by a little bit. Only if you buy new ones though, old used ones will be compressed like the rest of them.

Was talking about the coils. A lot of people try and put used 99 coils expecting some huge lift and are disappointed, and out of a $100 with nothing to show for it.

Gotcha. I assume you mean the coils on the struts?
