Temp gauge

Temp gauge went dead a few months back. While I had the plenum off this week I swapped out the temp sensor in the intake manifold. The gauge on the dash is still dead. Any ideas?

There are two Temp related items on this engine, A sensor and a sender. Sender goes to gauge, sensor goes to computer.
Sender for the gauge is located at the rear of the engine, and is probably your problem
