TEQ Grille Badges?

Looks like the 80 series grille badge does in fact fit perfect on the 01-02 3rd Gen Grille. Here's some pics for verification. I plan to have the new 3rd gen grille badges up on my site some time this weekend. It will only be the 99-00 grille badge and the 01-02 grille badge. Hopefully I will be able to track down the 96-98 grille soon.

I'm interested in one of these for a '99 Highlander.

Also, could you explain the color options. In post #2, the photos show a red/silver badge. Can we order specific color combinations from you, or are the colors a DIY paint job by the buyer?

There is 3 color options for all of my TEQ badges. There is black/silver, red/silver, and bare metal for the DIY folks who want something custom or color matched.

Not yet. Once I get all 3 versions of the TEQ grille badge for the 3rd gen out then I will focus on a rear hatch badge. I'm pretty sure that badge should work on all years 3rd gens but I will need to look into it further.
 
Super Sorry for the delay in getting these grille badges out. The Father's Day rush was WAY bigger then I was expecting. I had to put product releases on hold and just focus on processing new orders. I finally got my head above water and things have slowed back down to a normal pace. The 3rd Gen TEQ grille badges are now up on my website and etsy. Be aware that the 96-98 grille badge is not available yet. I still have not had luck tracking down that specific grille. I got the OEM badge and made a design that is the correct size but I need to see the grille with my own eyes so I know how to design the backside of this badge for attachment. Anyone in socal with a 96-98 grille they can loan me for a few days. The badge will be free. Maybe somebody updated to a newer grille design and has the older 96-98 laying in your garage? If so, let me know and I will buy it from you, assuming it's a fair price. Here's the link to the 3rd gen page and my etsy page.

Thanks for all the orders for the badges yesterday. Luckily I still have a few in stock and more in production. The first wave of those orders will ship today and the rest will ship out tomorrow. Again, thanks for the support.

I have tried to get 4th Gen products rolling numerous times but every time I ask around on forums about products, I get almost zero feedback. With that being said; I DID get the 4th Gen grille badge wrapped up. That was the one product that seemed to have a decent amount of interest.The 4th Gen crowd doesn't seem as excited and supportive of new products as the 1st and 3rd gen guys are. I have no idea why that is. Here's s couple pics of the 4th gen badge. What I have to do now is find out if the same badge was used for all years of the 4th Gen. I know the 4th Gen started in 2003 but I don't know what year it ended. Here's a couple pics of the prototype badge. It was just a slight modification to the Tacoma grille badge for the same era.

FINALLY I got the 96-98 Grille badge wrapped up. That design was a huge PITA. There were no flat surfaces and no hard angles to work off of. Like the other badges, this one also had to be a two piece design. The backing/mounting plate is separate and the aluminum badge mounts to the plate. Here's a couple pics of the backing plate and surface area I was dealing with.

I know there is a handful of you that wanted the 96-98 TEQ grille badge. You will need to be patient a little longer. I live in Forest Falls, CA which is currently on fire. I was evacuated yesterday and now don't have access to my shop. I can't ship any orders until they reopen the town. I also have the annual campout with the BH3D crew Tuesday thru Saturday. I will get these released around Wednesday 7/18. Sorry for the delay.
 
Bump to a super old thread. But would you be making any for the 4th gen any time in the near future? If so I’m very interested in purchasing front and rear TEQ emblems.
 
Very well made billet aluminum piece. Fitment was spot on as well.

Does anyone know what happened to "Rocket Warrior" who used to make really cool grille badges for 4Runners and FJ's?
