NRH here! You're right down the road from me. I have friends in Southlake. We eat at Sushi Sam's out that way too, as well as pass through there going to Babe's in Roanoake.

If you're ever out on 26, and pass Foreman's in Colleyville, blast the horn for me. 4Runner probably wont be there (wife drives it) but I damn sure will be LOL.

We're in Keller and we eat at Sushi Sam's all the time!

Lol! It's sold now and I don't think it's been off road since. Anyway we have a 1st gen now, but it's undergoing construction!

Where : Meet at Buc-ee's Texas City . 6201 Gulf Fwy, Texas City 77591

**Will be leaving from that location at 11:15 SHARP to convoy down. If you need supplies , please arrive before hand. Will be leaving that location at 11:15 , so if you cant make it or will be late , just meet us on the sand**

Once on the sand , lets get a group photo of all that could make it, then enjoy our time on the beach. Feel free to break off and do your own thing. Some will have lunch on the beach and some will just hang and ride around.

No need to air down , but you may need 4WD in some areas.

Keep in mind that riding on the dunes is illegal, and if you're caught riding on the dunes you are subject to arrest or fine . Depending on the time of year and amount of people on the beach determines enforcement of this law. If you decide to ride on the dunes, that is done so on your terms!

just found this thread, i'd love to see another one of these meet-ups happen at some point. weather hasn't been great lately, but with the stormy weather comes the opportunity to hit the beautiful Galveston surf (aka go sit in the chop)
