I am new to TX by way of California and yes I work for Toyota. I was very active with the SoCal group. We did monthly runs and mod days. Looking forward to meeting up and off roading!

Cool. I spent quite a bit of time for my job up at Presby Allen (hospital) over the past year, and have seen a few built T4Rs around, but can never grab a pic. Starting next Monday tho, I’m off a non-compete (for my job) and will be back in downtown Ft Worth pretty much all the time, so not up that way much anymore.

So far so good. Only have 1,400ish miles on it so far though. Took it out to Barnwell Sunday and it handled all the 2 diamond trails just fine. Need a little more aggressive tire for some of the 3+ trails as wet and slick as it was.

Yeah, I need tires too. Do you have running boards or sliders? I don't have any and that is why I haven't made it out there yet.

Just running boards. I only lightly scrapped my skid plates a couple of times and rode down on the boards in a couple of steeper drops. No damage to anything on the truck though, you don't need sliders/lift/tires etc. IMHO to do most any of the 2 diamond or less trails, get out there and have some fun! :whoo: Mines bone stock (except for rims which don't really do anything) and it handled just fine even though it was muddy from the recent rains and that clay doesn't like to give traction when wet haha.
