Unfortunately the Supreme Court has held many times that the 10th Amendment adds nothing to the Constitution and uses the Commerce Clause to uphold Federal control of most anything, even if it is not in commerce across state lines. The theory is it (whatever the subject is) 'could be' in commerce and if so would influence commerce and that is good enough.

Further, the Supreme Court has ruled time and again on the various amendments and found several of them that do not apply to the states at all. How weird is that ?

We have a 'full employment for lawyers' system.

God Bless Texas! :bigok: At the very least I hope the message is recieved as the loud and clear statement that it's intended to be.

When I run into people and the conversation goes to "what's next, will we have another revolution?" etc. I always claim to not know but I'm pretty sure Texas will lead the way...
