Thanks careless driver, goodbye 4runner...

Wow Glad to hear you made it out safe!! Looks like it was a hell of a hit! Make sure to ice, stretch and heat your back and neck for the next few weeks!
rbgerrishIf you end up wanting another 4Runner, I know I did after mine was wrecked, I just found this really clean looking one not too far from your neck of the woods:

That is a good deal, but I want the 99 or 00 locker J shift if I do 3rd gen again. I like the 2000 Sport model...

I'm sorry buddy, I know how that is. I had a similar issue on the highway in 2015.

Cheers to the warrior down. Glad you're okay.

Update time,

The buyback for me truck is $1966, so I will not be parting it out.

On the plus side, it looks like I'll be getting a reasonable amount back to replace it. ($7k ish, give or take)

Thanks for the well wishes everyone, I miss the truck, and have begun searching for a new Expo rig. (3rd gen, 4th gen, 80 series, 100 series, GX)

Good luck man. Glad you are safe and dealing with insurance and finding a new rig are the worst of your accident's problems.

We would love to see you come back to the mighty 3rd gens, but I am sure we understand if you stray a bit. Just keep it in the Toyota family. Tee-hee-hee. Keep us in the loop man.
