The 4Runner Doing it's Job

I take my hat off to you sir... Awesome of you to step up and do what was needed (and much appreciated i'm sure)... Pretty awesome to see the 4Runner got it done as well..

What's the difference to us laymen? I mean no temp difference would be static and nothing happens, if the diff atmosphere was lower temp and increased rapidly it would expel excess pressure right? So if the diff atmosphere was higher and cooled quickly would that create a vacuum?

A vacuum is the absence of air, gas, pressure, etc. You will not pull a vacuum in this situation, you will have a higher pressure outside and a slightly lower pressure inside. A differential pressure.

that's a physics definition, vacuum in engineering generally refers to anything below atmospheric or system pressure where true scientific vacuum would be called something like "perfect vacuum"

but this is all silly and pedantic because his question was completely understandable

You want me to lie to a new guy who, judging by his questions, has no clue? Or would you rather me teach him the proper terminology. Your call.

Let me thank about it while I revise all these drawings for a lab vacuum system to say less positive pressure system

Different worlds apparently. Regardless our diffs do not pull a vacuum. Oh, and you can stay out of my threads as you obviously don't appreciate the topic.
