Thanks. I actually went on the eBay app and saw it so I ran to my computer since I missed out on the group buy. If anyone else is interested, I purchased the one below for $133.45. Guess we'll see how it goes. eBay return window of 60 days from receipt and I have buyer protection so it was an easy decision.

Thanks, I purchased from areyourshop on ebay, was 160 minus coupon. I paid 136. I went with them because they are the same seller I purshased my Tacoma pro grille from and it was perfect.

Just ordered mine, soooooo glad I didn’t pay BIG $$$$$$$.
I had to use this seller because they were the only one that would ship to Hawaii.
You and me both bro. A few days ago, I was telling myself I'd buy the parts direct from Toyota for XMAS. Glad I looked on the forum first. I've been avoiding the forum for the last year since I bought my 17 OR so I wouldn't get the mod bug and could actually enjoy her for a while brand new with no mods.

Weird. When I put areyourshop's grille in my cart it said they don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii. I ended up going with another seller.
Oh, I meant the seller link that I posted not areyourshop. A few of the sellers don't ship to Hawaii.

Probably not much, as the TSO units were handmade in small batches from vacuum-molded PET. You're paying for his time. The other reason for their high cost was that they had to resale the original Toyota hex grill, which is costly.
Injection molding ABS plastic (like the factory parts and now the replicas) is cheap and fast, but it requires a lot of heavy duty equipment and up-front investment. It simply isn't possible to do business this way except at a very large scale.

Parts “direct” from Toyota....I almost spit out my coffee! :spit:
Toyota uses the same chinese plastic and manufacturing on several parts, so I have zero issues using pieces like this one.

Just wanted to let you guys know. I don't have anything to do with shipping or even selling these things. I didn't make any money off them. Some of you DMing me asking me about your orders. I have no idea guys.. I gave you the guys contact info and he's also in all the facebook groups.
I waited about a week and a half from order to door. I shifted the T and it looks better. I'm very happy with my buy and would buy over again if I had another 4Runner

Not quite what you're asking for but TSO posted theirs alongside a Chinese one (not sure which Chinese vendor). In the pic the Chinese one looked way off compared to TSO's, but everyone that has an Ebay one looks just fine.
