I live here too. Seller I got mine from disabled his ship to Hawaii/Alaska function.
Looks like the seller from this groupbuy also posted their grill for sale on eBay. I think it'll ship here. $154.88 with free shipping. That's about the same price as what the groupbuy was when I was trying to buy it.

Because it was a group buy (try actually reading this thread), and I used paypal so I can dispute the transaction no problem. I also believe there are quality differences between the Chinese version and Ebay.

I was part of it and received mine the week before Christmas.
Yes, theres double soded tape behind each letters and pins to put in each indentations on the grille. Probably good idea to do it in warm temp. I parked my truck facing sun for few hrs the. Installed each letters. Don’t worry about how good the adhesives are. They may not be 3M brand but pretty damn sticky as i had to pull a letter to adjust. I got the second O wrong so had adjust. Afterwards just press for few seconds. Maybe good idea to use a masking tape on bottom to get it straight as possible but like i said, just stick each letters pins in each indentations on the grilles. Easy Peazy! !

Thanks! I ordered some 3M double sided tape so I may try to use that as well. It's been unusually warm for North Alabama (50-60*s) so I may just install it if I get it soon. Otherwise it will probably be a spring project when the temps are a bit warmer. Thanks again for the info!
I used some VHB double sided tapes between the garnish and the facorey center piece. The temp was around 25-30 degree.

When i installed the letters it was about 14-20 degree. I wouldn’t bother replacing the. Double sided tapes already behind the letters. These are already cut out perfectly as you know plus plenty sticky/strong.

I ordered from CARTRIMHOME website on 12/23 and then forwarded the order confirmation email to this email address immediately after: [email protected]. That was the email address mentioned by a forum member on another CARTRIMHOME thread. My order was delivered on 1/2. Seems like you get faster service if you follow up on your order.
My friend ordered same time but did not forward the order info to this email address and he did not get shipped confirmation until 2 days later when I told him to follow up. Within hours, he got a shipped email with tracking number.

I guess I’m just freaking cursed...LFD skid plate took over a month, wasn’t KDSS compatible, now this Chinese grill debacle. Has all shipping and receiving of manufacturing completely gone to sh*t? Here’s the latest email from Chinatown (thanks Trump):
