That's always a good thing. Most of us didn't have that option, or have the money to swing 600+ dollars for a grille

From talking to the OP on Facebook. Not all that hard and for 50 dollars, it seems like its going to be a good buy. The lights are being formed for the grille to fit perfect.

There was also a conversation about LED lighting. I forget the brand but its going to be a knockoff of one of the more expensive ones.

Ordered! Won't be able to install until I can pirate someone's garage (city living suck sometimes) or until spring but should be fun learning something new.

Received mine today! 5 days from order in China. Came out perfect thanks to all the info on here and vids on YouTube. Broke 1 pop up clip trying to push back in after install. All in all very easy. Took my time with the letters. The gap isn’t bad at all especially with the MGM paint. It blends in well. Very happy for $136. Pics in a bit.

Those "Raptor lights" look just meh IMHO...but for the price, what can you say if they are already pre-wired (I guess).

I do like the "disclaimer" that was conveniently added after the majority of us bought the grille from them

Ordered on cartrimhome web site on 12/13 and paid with PayPal. Got shipment notification on 12/16. No scans on the package since 12/16.

Update on my group buy situation:

Still no scans on the package since 12/16.

Seller sent me the TRD Pro badge "gift" on 12/29 which arrived in the mail today from China (photos below).

Seller has now shipped a second grille on 1/5 . Tracking status is identical to the original package with no scans since the day it shipped. Hopefully there will be some movement in the next few days.

So I might end up with 2 grilles, 1 grille or no grille. But hey, I have a $150 TRD Pro badge I can put on my old Ford Ranger 4x4 so my 4Runner won't be called a poser. :bash:

I tried to see if I can order an extra set of letters from the eBay seller. I feel like at some point my letters will fall off and be lost lol. They won't sell just a set of letters

Says it was posted and released from customs way back on 12/16. Hasn't been a month yet so I'm just being patient.

Yes, both of the tracking numbers they have given me work on the 17track web site and the USPS web site. USPS shows the status as "Pre-Shipment".

If your tracking number shows invalid then you might want to contact the seller in case there is a typo.

Can you post a link to these LED lights? I'm curious what they are. This thread is long and repetitive and kind of hard to figure out who the seller actually is. I got my grill through ebay.
