The Chinese Special TRD Grille... on the cheap!

Ok thanks. I was considering dip but I’m thinking some SEM trim black, 4 or 5 coats. I figure I can spot treat the rock chips easier with paint. I’ve read bed liner can be tough to clean. If none of that works as a good long term solution I’ll just bite the bullet and buy the black pro valances. Just stinks that no one has made a cheaper aftermarket version. Hate paying that much for some pieces of plastic almost as much as I hate the silver colored valances.

I've seen a few posts complaining about fitment on a limited grill, is that the general consensus or they seem to fit the same as all other models? 2016 Limited for reference.

Another thought has me replacing the "T" emblem with a blue oval Ford emblem, just to confuse enthusiasts.

I was going to buy a Toyota sourced grill and saw the price and my jaw dropped. I remember car trim home and saw their price was much more reasonable... then I get to the shipping portion of the order... They don't even warn you to lube up before they bend you over on that one... Needless to say, I still have the stupid oval T emblem.

Well it used to be like $130 shipped I believe. There are other sellers of the Chinese grill but I need to look more into them to make sure they are decent quality (not perfect but at least cartrimhome quality). Maybe the guy can give us a free ship code!

Wondering if anybody else has had the weird issue that I am having with their LED raptor style grill lights.

I bought them back in September along with the Pro Grill and everything went smoothly. Now the one center LED light flickers from time to time. But only like 2 of the LEDs that are in the center housing.

Mine did that as well and one went out totally. I emailed them and was sent replacements.
