The fenders on the Limited Editions

If you look on my avatar there are those grey flares over the wheels then they match on the bottoms of the doors.

Has anybody tried taking these off? is it more harm then good?

I just think they look weird.....

why did you get a limited if you didn't like the flares and cladding on the sides? and people have taken off the flares but it leaves holes in the sides if i remember the picture i saw correctly

I figured i could take them off at some point. There is more things that went into the purchase of the 4runner then the look of the flares.....

yea your right, they are alot nicer overall. didnt mean to sound smart by that question.

Well, i don't think anybody would want holes in their car so they are definitely going to stay on.....

I had another Thread going about taking them off and i posted some pics that i found in a thread over on YT. unfortunatly I cant find that thread again... I'm considering taking mine off now though because i just scraped them up on a rock, then doing the whole rhino lining business.

haha yea i searched YT like crazy yesterday trying to find the guy with the pictures. he had the black FJ rims- BFG all-terrains, and like an alpine stars sticker on the side of his truck (i think it was the brown colored one, (archw/e its called lol). i just can't remember his username for the life of me.
