Getting ready for shaver lake so i went on some of the trails in my backyard.

i think i need to replace my Light Racing balljoints, the front end feels a bit sloppy, i think ill put the wheels and further inspect, i also am leaking a bit of diff fluid from my rear axle seals, i called currie and they said to check the fluid level as it may be too full and adjust as neccessary (thought it was weird to leak on a 2 year old axle)

Question: What trailer tent do you have? Is it ARB, couldn't quite tell from photos. Also did you make your trailer or purchase it. Again, the build looks great. thanks

Hi,

You have done a great job in your 4Runner. I am the 5th Gen runner owner and planning to build a Hot Water On Board System using heat exchanger.

I would like to seek your advice:

1. To re-divert the coolant to the heat exchanger, will it cause any potential risk (e.g. mechanical failure, fire, pressure or coolant lost)?

2. How are you going to deal with the setup in winter time or in any icy place. The heat exchanger and pump, also your water tank, would they be damaged ?

3. It looks like there is no 5th Gen 4runner owner do this similar setup. Do you any ideas why?

4. Looks like you are expert in doing huge modifications on vehicles. I am a non tech guys, do you suggest that this modification to the 5th Gen 4runner is feasible and safe for durability of the vehicle?

Where did you tap in the heat exchanger to the existing heater core hose?

Did you tap in the heater core hose (coolant goes into the heater core) or the return path (coolant flow out from heater core) ?

Do you have upper and lower pipe to carry coolant into the heater core?

I enclosed my 5th Gen 4runner picture for easy of illustration.

Thank you so much man, yeah ive been quiet for a bit but im working on getting back active here with some changes and updates, Just rolled over to 201k miles and coming soon ill be doing Total Chaos Long Travel 3.5. Shocks have been on order since February.
