Several stories to enjoy...

Will the Warriors break the 96 Bulls' record?

Will the Cavs make it to the NBA Finals?

Can the Spurs beat the Warriors in a 7 game series?

Will Lebron James leave Cleveland after this season and make up his super team with his old friends?

I personally think the Warriors are going to break the record and win another title. I think the Cavs will struggle through the playoffs and end up losing to the Warriors in a 5 game NBA finals series...

I think Lebron will leave Cleveland again... He should have never left Miami.

The Spurs and Warriors are solid teams. They play as a team. The Cavs are collective group of individuals who do not look like they relate well to each other on or off the court...

What are your thoughts?

I can't remember a time when the Spurs weren't good. They may be old, but they still are my favorite for a Finals appearance. The Magic suck all the time so I gotta find somebody I like in the playoffs.

Native San Antonian and life long Spurs fan. I think they're great and have perhaps their best team ever (with the exception of 2014), but getting by the Warriors will be a tall order. Especially without home court, and that's assuming they make it to the Western finals.

Since I live about a 4 minute drive from LBJ's house and I am a long time Cavs fan. I feel I need to chime in here.

The Cavs might make the finals but they wont win, if the Spurs can get to the finals at least the Cavs have a better chance, but the Spurs will still win (or Warriors).

LBJ is up to something but I don't think anyone knows yet. Is he trying to get Melo and DWade to come to CLE? not likely, but possible.

I see LBJ leaving again before that happens, but where would he go?

If he leaves, CLE itself would just probably implode and the city would be no more.

He has mentioned that he wants to go somewhere warm... I doubt he would return to Miami. LBJ has said some nice things about Steve Ballmer... so the clippers would be a real possibility... especially since the Lakers are currently awful and the LA market is up for grabs by a new never before great team... It would provide a means for LBJ to make his own legacy as the next great LA team...

The problem is that LBJ waited too long to make his move... now he is in the Warriors era and will likely not win another championship so long as the warriors are still assembled.

I actually heard this elsewhere last night, that with as much cap room as the Lakers have for next season, there is enough money and roster space that LBJ, Melo and DWade all go to LAL. I can see that as a possibility, plus LAL getting a decent draft pick. They could have a decent team, but a pretty weak bench.

Saw the Warriors last night against the Jazz, and man, every time Curry wanted to shoot a 3, it was going in. It didn't matter if he was 5 ft behind the line or if there was 3 guys on him. Their play is so erratic and fast but it is ridiculously well tuned, like the Spurs.

I can't believe he would do Cleveland dirty like that again. The city loves and needs him. How the team is running and playing is all on him at this point, this is the team he wanted to build at the time, and is full of the guys he appointed into not just the team but the organization itself also.

The Spurs have a good team, but they've struggled this season with teams on or above their level of play. SA likes to move the ball around a lot and I've noticed their opponents putting more pressure on them while this is going on. Seen a few too many shot clock violations - more than what I'm used to seeing.

Oklahoma beat the crap out of SA the other night and I believe they've split 2 with GS this yr.

I don't see the Spurs winning 4 of 7 against GS.

Just another arm-chair view of things.

So far the playoffs have gone as expected I think.

Round 2 is where it will get interesting.

Put any bets down?
I completely didn't see Charlotte and Miami or Pacers and Raptors going 7.

Though I did call Steph Curry getting hurt and I think Griffin is out of LA at this point.

Looks like we are going to be getting a GSW/SAS WCF this year and a ECF of MIA/CLE.

Quite epic for NBA fans.
