Kregg, I love the 4runner. Looks so sick and is a huge inspiration to me and what I am going to do to my 98' SR5! I saw that your selling your rig today... Sad day :cry2: but hopefully you find something good to replace it and maybe one day you'll be a 4runner own again! Good luck with the sale man.

Ha yeah I did... Dumb mistake but a pretty funny April Fool's Joke, not gonna lie! question for yah: what kind of lights are on your rack? They look like Kc All Season 26 series lights but I'm not sure. Got a yakima loadwarrior rack about a week ago and wanting to put lights on it but not sure what to put on it.

Well guys, work on the Runner has been slow lately but I guess I can put an update in; some good news - some bad...

Bad news first - Torn CV boots, burnt clutch in A/C compressor... Needs new dryer, expansion valve, and compressor... Great! $$$$$$$

Good news - Got the Lo-Pro rack mounts done and swapped my door pins out for a quick disco option...

Hey man the rig looks great ! I just bought a 4runner that is same yr and color, I ole the simple clean black n white look. Im almost finished w the rear storage drawer/sub/amp/capacitor/compressor box and I just received my lift kit yesterday. I was goig to install the lift, but I figured since I have the wheels off I would paint the rims and all that plastic on the side and fender.
And I was wondering if ud be so kind to tell me the color u painted ur wheels and plastic and the process ? If uve already posted it somewhere could u direct me ?
And what did u do about the rubber in between the fender and body of the t4r ?do u have any tips for me during this process ?
Anyhow thanks for ur time, I will be posting pics of my build as I near completion

Quick update...

Installed new updated head lights and corners with black housings.

New bumper from Scotty at A.O.R. and custom light hoop from WabFab...

SmittyBilt XRC10 Comp Series winch w/ Synthetic line...

Bud Built IFS and Belly skids...

More goodies to come...

That thing is 100% bad ass. :bigok: Two thumbs up! Very capable (and well armored) rig right there.

And the ARB is already sold, and it had been permanatly modified to fit a rig with a 2" bodylift.

The AOR bumper mouts 5x stronger than the ARB. ZERO wobbling and shaking and I'm actually confident enough to winch with it, the ARB was sketchy at best.
