The problems never end...

So, just got my 94 3.0 auto back from a week long stint in the shop. All coolant leaks are fixed. Coolant bank was leaking where it attaches under the intake. Code 71 was appearing due to a faulty EGR modulator. Shop put a used one in, because I'm on a budget. Drove it all of ten minutes and then the thing stalled out and I got nothing when I turned the key again. Not even cranking. Lights were still on. Pushed it to the side of the road and let it sit about 5 minutes, then it turned right over. 5 miles later, died again. Same crap. Finally got it home and it died while idling in the driveway. Checked to make sure all hoses, wiring clips, etc. were tight and it all looks good. No CEL or stored codes. Where do I even start looking? Could a bad ground cause this? Electrical issue? All I can think is that something didn't get re-attached at the shop, but whatever it is, its not something that I'm seeing. If anyone wants to point me in the right direction to look, I'd appreciate it.

Well they are being whiner's about towing it. Guess the Tundra is towing it tonight after hours when the traffic isn't bad. While I agree this is something caused by the shop, anything I could check while it sits here? I want to avoid the hassle of this if its something simple like a ground wire.
