Yes, the 4.7L V8 (2UZ-FE) is the same in the 4Runner and the Tundra.

The 5.7L V8 (3UR-FE) in the Tundra is not offered on the 4Runner.

Our's are made in Japan, Tundra's are made in US....thats a big diff in my book

I thought all of the parts were made in Japan but assembled in the U.S?

The eBay posting mentions a "vehicle application kit", which set off a red flag for me right away. That usually means that something about the package is specific to a certain model. The fact that it has an ECU is another reason to do a little more checking for compatibility.

I found this page through a Google search. It lists a part number for the 2003 4Runner version of the TRD Supercharger, and it's different.

(Also note that the part number listed in the text of the eBay posting is wrong according to this list, but if you look carefully at the picture of the paper instructions or the bar code label, you'll see it has the correct part number that matches the list for a Sequoia.)

Also stumbled across this thread on TundraSolutions. Don't know how true it is or not, but I'd investigate further.
