Theft deterrent system problem?

I have a 2011 4runner LE. Just noticed that the theft deterrent system icon (key with a car icon) is blinking and a buzzer keeps coming on every 30 seconds or so. What does it mean?

According to my owners manual, page 109-110
---
Setting the alarm system
Close the doors and hood,
and lock all the doors. The
system will be set automatically
after 30 seconds.
The indicator light changes
from being on to flashing when
the system is set

It doesn't say anything about a buzzing. Since you have an LE, are you sure you have both keys out of the car? (The smartkey fobs?) The "buzz" you're hearing, is it the normal "ding ding ding.." bell type sound? I can't find anything else referencing your exact symptom but make sure you don't have any smartkey fobs in the vehicle, close all doors and windows (including moonroof), exit the vehicle, and then hit the lock button on your smart fob and see if it still does it. If so, you may want to have the dealer take a look unless another member has seen this. For what it's worth, I never even use the buttons on my fob. I lock the door on mine by touching the handle.

Thank you for the assist. It stopped and two days later, still no repeat. It may also have been coming from the sonar system (3d party), who knows.

Was there anything on the passenger's front seat?

If the car thinks someone is sitting there that does not have their seatbelt on, the system dings at you for a minute or so, then shuts up.
