Thin jacket RCAs?

Howdy folks. I recently had my dash replaced :whoo:

Before doing so, I uninstalled my headunit, and some wiring. After looking at my RCAs that I pulled out, I figure there has got to be thin jacketed RCAs that can be used to save space, etc. And by jacket, I mean insulation, of course.

There are very few coax or twisted pair wires in the 4th gen. Noise shouldn't be much of a problem I'd think. I just don't really want to reinstall these thick RCAs again.

Do you know of any?

Looking for 6 - 12' cables. Hell, if I can find some good wire, I'll build them up myself.

I use "Stinger" RCA's. They work fine for regular installs. The shielding is thin and it's very flexible. Easy to get in tight spaces or weird positions.

i avoid thin cables, i dont like that if i pull too hard, they will break, i stick with using knukonceptz krystal cables, they never gave me problems, not too thick. the cables i hated the most was the monster brand with the solid copper cable, used that for subwoofer wire and it was stiff. took that out and just use some ofc kl3 from knukonceptz again. works good with my preference.

Those cables you suggested R&P, are similar to the ones I'm using now. They look nice, but I'm going thinner. Oh, I definitely agree with you about the Monster stuff. WAY overrated!

my buddy used a rockford fosgate brand of that type, super old school wires, had noise due to a bad ground on the wire, thats why i avoid thin. but see if that knukonceptz is in your budget.
also on that monster, i think it was this model, worst thing i wasted my money on, still have it stashed.

if you get some bad quality, they will send you a replacement, i think its lifetime warranty. i bought some for home theater use, good stuff.
