I have the daystar leveling kit, but was thinking about going with the 2.5/1.5. I don't want to spend a lot and love the way it drives with the leveling kit.

Yes and no. My 265/75's fit with minimal rub, but like the look with more clearance.
I like the way it drives now, so if it won't totally ruin that then I may do it. The extra inch would help. Don't want to have to drop the differential though.
So, do not worry as it will NOT "ruin" your on-road handling at all. Now, however, with the Toytec Ultimate, I am getting just over 3" and handling is DEFINITELY affectded:
