Thinking of buying 2001. HOW BAD is the rust ?

Just wanting to get some opinions on the rust underneath this truck. I am thinking about purchasing it as a second 4Runner.
It doesn't look too bad to me, but I need some opinions.

That doesn't look bad. But you need to look at the rear end and the frame rails all the way back. Make sure the rear end is not rusted through on the back side.

The rear pumpkin has a little line of surface rust but it doesn't look too bad. Where the driveshaft enters the rear end, the housing is rusty though.
