This 4Runner just came up for sale in Raleigh 2002 Toyota 4Runner For Sale Strasburg, VA - CarGurus

I"m wondering what is the white thing showing up by the front passenger tire? Also my brother lives in the area and is willing to look at the vehicle for me before I travel 5 hours to buy it and I can give him info on what to look for that I have learned from this site (thanks to all). If any one in the Raleigh area [MENTION=59542]Singtoe[/MENTION] can possibly look at this to let me know if it is a good buy i would be deeply appreciative. Hoping to maybe buy this weekend. thanks

I print magazines so I work with paper and that was the first thing i thought it was. Hopefully thats all it is.

I first saw it on CL with a call dealer for price ad. That made me think it would be around $10k with the miles but some internet snooping I found the list price that was right in my budget. Hope it is as good as it looks, granted pics were taken during a rain shower so thats why it's dirty.
