third ratios

looking for a great shape third to swap out my worn one with. I was just wondering what ratios people are running with the 3VZ-E and auto combination, and what people like and don't. I'm running some big KOs on my '94 runner, and just wondering if anybody has any insight into this. Also, if you've got a great shape third, I'm interested...

4.56:1 here...if I remember correctly, the SR5/tow/auto/31 tire package had this from the factory.
