Looks like a leaking CV boot to me. It looks like it could be cracked, but that could be the pictures do funny things.

It might be salvageable, inject some more grease in there and re-clamp. Depends on the condition of the boot.
 
That's both sides. Both are the inside ones, attached to the diff. I should clean it first right? So that way I would know if more is coming out? If the answer to that question is yes, would it be safe to use a degreaser before I unclamp them? I don't want to get any degreaser in the boot lol

I would just wipe it off with a rag and then see how much more comes out. Both my insides have slight leakage on my 03.
 
Ok I'll do that today (if it stops raining) and then check it out in maybe a week? If nothing else comes out, it would probably be safe to put this off until next oil change? Also, should I do the outers we well while I'm down there? Also, how about the degreaser thing? Go? No go?
 
Ya I figured I'd follow that one (been searching and came accross it) and take tips from expats over on that other site.
