Thoughts on price of CPO 2013 SR5?

Hello everyone.

I'd like to first apologize for the newb content of this post, but please bear with me.

I'm in the market for a 4Runner and found a CPO 2013 SR5 at a local dealership. It's a magnetic gray base model 4x2 with 35K miles. Only added option I can see is third row seating. The dealership is asking $26,998.

I'd like to get some of your thoughts on the pricing. Thanks in advance.

I'm sure others will chime in, but I generally look in two places - Carmax and eBay. For eBay I search the completed listings to see what actually sold and for how much. That will tell you if you're in the ballpark on price.
