I'm debating a place in Midland, That place, or a place my friend recommended me to somewhere around Richardson. I'll be doing my Toytech spacer lift only. Ordering tires from Toyota. With the by 3 pay a dollar for 1, I can get 4 285/70/17s for $850, mounted.
I run fn fx pros right now. I like em but want more aggressive look with the features that the tandem 612s offer.
It all looks so tempting.
seems like its a lot of wheel to be 23 lbs
can anyone confirm the weight?
Weighed it. It's 23 lbs lol
Midland and Richardson, damn that's quite a ways. Will you need a body chop to fit those 285s?
Damn those fury offroad tires ride nice. I think I made a good choice?
Update:
Just mounted the wheels with brand new Fury offroad country hunter m/t. Had an alignment with tandem and the truck rides so much nicer. Tires are a little noisier compared to my KO2s, but completely tolerable.
Tandems alignment got the ride I wanted.
As for wheels, I ended up with black. Went the safe route, but damn they look great. Will get pics posted soon.
Okay, they weigh 23 lbs. That's good. I kept reading posts, looking for that to come up.
What is the width of the rim and the offset?
What are you doing with your FNs? Are they 17s?

They do look good, but I think you need some color in the center caps or white letters to keep it from looking like a black hole.
Honestly, I was originally going to keep them. However, I've been on my Fury Offroad MTs for 3 days now and they are not that loud. They're more than tolerable. Now, I think I'm getting rid of the FN FX Pros and the BFG KO2s on them. The KO2s have about 15K on them and were regularly rotated and balanced.
I also have a set of 5 FN FX Pros.
Go with bronze!!!
