Throttle body setup sequence.

What is the sequence of settings to tune your throttle body parts?
The manual is a bit fuzzy on it.

You are supposed to set the closure, but is it full closure?
Then idle speed?
TPS?
I suspect the last one is the auto choke setup.

Is the basic closed position actually when the valve cannot shut further, or a set amount adjusted with the stop screw?
