So I went to re-adjust my throttle body cables, and I over tightened my throttle cable and snapped the adjustment bolt in half, so I ordered a used one from a 1998 4runner. I searched for any info on replacing the cable and found nothing. So here is a write up to help those who may need it.
My old cable next to the "new" cable, here you can easily see how the adjustment bolt snapped in two, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN lol.
Now on to removal.
Step 1: (forgot to get a pic) But open the throttle valve by pushing down on the lever, and remove the cable out of the "slot" and out of the lever.
Step 2: Loosen the adjustment nuts and lift the cable out of the bracket, 14mm wrench:
Step 3: Remove the cable out of the bracket holders circled in red:
Step 4: (forgot to get a pic, again) But unbolt the gas pedal, two 10mm bolts, and push it to the side to expose the clip holding the cable to the pedal. I found it difficult to leave the pedal bolted in. Remove the clip by pulling it and pushing to side, (or just play with it until you can remove it.) See here:
Step 5: Unbolt the cable bracket bolts bolted to the firewall, two 10mm bolts:
Step 6: This part would be easier with a extra set of hands, but easily done by yourself. Start pulling and pushing the cable out of the engine bay, through the firewall and out of the cab of the truck:

Step 7: Reinstall the new cable clip into the gas pedal bracket:
Reinstall everything in reverse order and that's it! I hope this will help somebody! If not, then thanks for reading my half ass write up!
