So I spend a long time reading old threads and posts and couldn't find clear information on adjusting the throttle/kickdown/line pressure cable. Whatever we call it, the cable that goes from the butterfly to the transmission.
I read that the whole, 1mm of the bead sticking out thing... But my question is does that still apply with a 21 year old cable? Should the cable have a lot of slack? Obviously I get it shouldn't being pulling it, but the cable can pull quite a lot more than the butterfly can pull it at 1mm sticking out.
Where do you have yours set?
Also... Merry Christmas Eve
