throwing P0171 code

So my t4r is throwing a 171 code. I cleaned the MAF sensor and it went off until I restarted my car then it came on again. Replaced the MAF and it stayed off for 20-30 miles and came on again when I turned the car off then back on again.
I inspected vacuum lines and all look to be in good working order. I have a new O2 sensor (before cat) coming this week.
I haven't checked fuel pressure yet but I replaced fuel filter less than 3k miles ago. I recently changed VC gaskets, spark plugs, and oil, last month. I've been told to try spraying carb cleaner on and around the hoses while engine is running and check for rpm change to detect a vacuum leak.
Any other tips or advice?

Not sure if you looked at the FSM yet but mine indicates these possibilities for a 0171:

Air induction system
Injector blockage
Mass air flow meter
Engine coolant temp. sensor
Fuel pressure
Gas leakage on exhaust system
Open or short in A/F sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) circuit
A/F sensor (bank 1 sensor 1)
PCV valve and hose
ECM

Also says: If the vehicle runs out of fuel, the air-fuel ratio is lean and DTC P0171 is recorded. The MIL then comes on.
