Thule Rack Question

I found an older Thule rack on Craigslist that came off of a 97 Explorer. The guy sent me some pictures and the feet have 515-5031 printed on them. The Thule website says a 99 4runner needs 430 tracker II feet and a ZK-1 mount. Thule's website says a 97 explorer also needs the same 430 tracker II feet and a ZK1 mount. Does anyone know if the 515-5031 feet are just the older version of the 430 tracker? Most importantly, will the 515-5031 fit my 99?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your help, I'm just hesitant to drive an hour and have them not fit. Does anyone have these and know for sure?

I just did a quick search online and it does appear that these are the older version of the Tracker II foot pack. They should work just fine.

Thanks for the help Hepar! I'm still loving them 2 years later.:playball:

Lmao so thread revive! These work? I need them to mount my roof top tent lol Also do they just unlock and the bars come off?

And Hepar what fit kit do you need for the Tracker II 430 kit? I could get one of those on craigslist too and it is a little newer and it just unlocks and it lifts off it looks like.

I have the Thule locking feet, bars, and a wind-fairing for sale if interested. It was at home on top of my '99 for years. Some of the hardware shows it age, but all still functional.
Let me know if interested and I will get some pics, and come up with a really good price.

Yep, you can unlock them and yank them off really easily. If you get the 430's, you should have everything you'll need to mount them as long as you have the factory roof tracks.
