We just had a new engine put in with only 78,000 miles. New timing belt water pump, radiator, hoses, spark plugs wires everything and they serviced or transmission. It is a 5 vf engine. It is ticking when it warm up now stops when the rpms are up but loud when at a stop light. Runs great but that noise is freaking us out after spending all this money to fix it. Any help would be great.

could be a lifter tick? How long since the new engine went in? Did they put oil in it? If the engine you purchased has a warranty or guarantee on it, take it back in. Its kind of expensive to get fixed.

Injector, valve, charcoal canister.
I'd start with checking the timing and the valves to see if they are in spec.
