The timing and the circumstances seem weird. Coming out of his driveway at 2:25 AM? Something doesn't seem right between the stories. At least they said it's not alcohol-related.
Right... Anytime I've done something ret*rded with a car at 2am I was drunk as hell...
Yeah, it was funny when they said the wife smashed out the rear window to get him out of the car. What was she doing with a golf club so near to the car haha!? I think he got greedy and tried to bang two hot chicks. He doesn't have that Clooney charm and is too ugly to pull that off...
Well, the accident occurred at their house, so there must be plenty of clubs around. And what better way to bash out a window than with a driver?

Did you see the pics of this accident? I would classify the damage to the Caddy (pun intended
) as moderate. Just from the pics I find it amazing that the doors were unable to open. The passenger cell appears to be completely unaffected. Although I don't give two hoots about what happened, and I certainly don't think it's a police matter, there has to be some sort of more plausible reason as to why it came down to window breaking to get him out, if indeed that's what happened...

I am confused as to why she smashed out the rear window to get him out. Did the driver's door get so smashed up that it wouldn't open? So if she smashed out the rear window, did she pull him out of the front seat, over the back of it, into the back seat, then out the window? Sorry, not adding up. My guess is she was pissed over whatever, and smashed the window as he was driving away, which distracted him causing him to loose control and smashing into the fire hydrant bouncing off it into the tree. Whether it was over an affair, leaving his dirty socks out, or whatever, that is their business. If they had a fight and he left angry, or left to get away from his angry wife, then fess up and tell the truth.

Exactly! There is no outward indication that the driver (or passenger) door couldn't be opened. A broken rear window seems more plausible to be caused by an angry wife hitting the vehicle as it drove away... And how would her 115 lb. a*s drag Tiger from the front driver seat through the rear passenger door? C'mon people... Further, his symptoms at the time after the accident were indicative of a concussion. It is unlikely he would have received those wounds and have those symptoms from such a crash, granted he had his seat-belt on.
Maybe she was concerned that if she smashed out the front window that either the glass shards or the club would hit him??

I guess it would be feasible to think that he was unconcious, the doors were locked automatically, and she busted out the rear passenger window, to avoid getting glass on him or hitting him with the club, to gain access to unlock the door and drag him out the driver side. But, I guess we may never really know.
