Time to come back...

Hi all, my first meeting with a 4runner was a ‘97 SR5 which my father bought for himself. I still remember the day it was delivered. It was a pleasure to drive. Not too long thereafter, I took delivery of a new 2000 SR5. Both were desert dune with tan interior. Upon having child #2, I sold my vehicle which had undergone some very classy and tastefully done modifications. I was an active member on this forum for quite some time. Several vehicles later, and almost 8 years since owning a 4runner, I’m enjoying the space the 2017 highlander offers for 3 kids. Between that and my 2015 Sienna, my toyota stable is happy. Except...
I am in search for a low mileage 4runner, in CLEAN condition, as close to factory as possible. I have located one with just under 80k miles, a 2001 build, and it looks like it is mod free, giving me a clean slate to work with. The carfax shows 1 accident but no body damage, 1 owner, and the pics all look fine exterior and interior. Unfortunately no pics of under the hood or undercarriage were posted, but I’d leave that in depth inspection up to the local Toyota dealer. The price is higher than the many examples out there with mileage in the 100-125k range, but the cleanliness may justify that somewhat.
Anyone have thoughts as to fair value, what you would and wouldn’t pay, and what would preclude you from purchasing the vehicle based on the 1 reported accident. I would expect this vehicle to remain in my stable until I’m old and gray. I’ve driven plenty of vehicles over the last 7 years and I always go back to missing my old 2000 SR5.
