Timing belt idler

I'm replacing the idler and belt idler with the timing belt today. Can anyone tell me which idler uses the washer behind it? Can't remember if it's the one above the tensioner or the plain round roller? Thanks for your help.

Not sure which one it is, I didn't replace mine when I changed the pulleys. I just put it back the way it was, with a new pulley of course. Why do you feel you need to replace your washer?

The washer goes behind the pulley for the tensioner. It's the one that has the Allen wrench bolt.
