Timing Belt Installation: How to Rotate Just the Right Camshaft

I am working on a 2000 3.4L V6 SR5 4Runner.
I am re-installing my timing belt after just installing a new oil pump. During the dis-assembly process, in order to loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt, I had to rotate the crankshaft independent of the cam shafts with the timing belt off. Now, as I am trying to put the timing belt back on, the right camshaft sprocket is only at ten o'clock when the left camshaft is at 12 o'clock with the crankshaft.
HOW DO I TURN THE RIGHT CAMSHAFT 45 DEGREES CLOCKWISE WITHOUT MOVING THE CRANKSHAFT AND THE LEFT CAMSHAFT?
The spark plugs are out and I thought it would turn freely but it doesn't.

I believe your engine is an 'interference' engine, which means that if the crankshaft is turned without the camshafts in sync, one or more of the valves could be hit by a piston in the uppermost position. I haven't specifically worked on your engine, but you can try backing off on the crankshaft a bit, in one direction or the other. this should lower the piston that is probably hitting a valve that is open when it shouldn't be. Just don't force anything, or you could bend an open valve.

put a wrench on the bolt and turn it.
it will have to compress valve springs in order to turn. it wont just flop where you want it, due to the lobe/spring orientation.
