timing belt service + all fluids

Hi !

I'm going to do my timing belt this upcoming weekend.
I'm going to fill a new coolant As well.
Should I go with toyota OEM long life coolant or i can just fill whatever I'll find in a auto parts store ?

Also I would like to change my differentials fluids.
What type of fluid you guys recommend ?
I was thinking to put same fluids as owner manual says.

I would be very thankful for any advice about how much fluids do I need.

x2 with thor, dont use the auto parts coolant, only toyota. I agree with amsoil as the diff fluid.

Toyota doesn't make ANY fluid. It's made for them by one of the coolant manufacturers.

I've been using Zerex Asian formula on my 4runner and wifes Lexus.

oem coolant from my dealer is about 35% more expensive than regular red coolant from canadian tire. That's why I'm asking what is the reason people recommend that.

The only brands I have verified are Toyota SLLC (Super Long Life Coolant), Zerex Asian Formula, and Amsoil's coolant.

Toyota "red" is LLC (Long Life Coolant) and is different than SLLC (i.e. diluting Red Coolant does not equal Pink Coolant.)
