Timing belt service now running hotter?

Had toyota change belt,pump,thermostat and flush coolent with oem parts,now it's running 216 degrees,it never got over 195 before?

They probably installed the thermostat giggle thing at the 12 o' clock position instead of 6 o'clock position. 6 'clock position will run 10-15 degree's cooler. Pull thermostat and see where the giggle thing is installed at. That's my guess.

I got home and pulled cap,pulled it up on Ramps and let it run,couldn't really see any coolent flow,lots of bubbles at first,the bottom hose and rad are cool even when the scan guage got to 205 parked.
Will driving these at 216 degrees for 80 miles due any harm?

Not one single bit. But you can spin the t-stat around in about 10-15mins and more than likely solve your problem.
