timing chain kit

any suggestions on particular timing chain kits to buy? planning on swapping mine out to help get rid of the awesome diesel sound my truck makes. i know i need to get one with metal guides but so far i've only seen kits with one metal guide and one plastic guide. are there any kits that have two metal guides out there?. lemme know what ya'll think. cheers!

One guide gets worn and the other normally hardly shows any ware. So one metal backed one might be the thing if it's that particular one

ok great. thought both of them wore out.

I just put in the Cloyes HD kit from RockAuto. Was cheap and should hold up just fine. It has the one metal guide. Unless you have major issues the second guide doesn't need to be metal.
