I just did a head job on my 91 4runner. I have it all back together but I seem to have a problem with timing or that is what it seems like. The marks on the cams and the crank all line up. It starts and runs but is very rough. I have moved the distributor a tooth or two back and forth but can never get a smooth idle to it. I had the heads redone at a good shop. Could this be a lifter problem since I never got a chance to look at them does anyone know if they are hyd. or solid. The engine is 3VZ-E 3.0 EFI Any ideas would be greatly apprecieated.
