Tire and ride comfort question fo 2011 LE

I am findind that the stock 20" Bridgestone (32psi) rides really choppy. Small road bumps are unpleasantly felt.
Do you experience this with your LE? What solutions do you have?

I will need new tires soon and wondering if I need to swap 20" for 17" for better ride comfort.

Please advise.
